TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “Birthday Day” Promotion
- Organizer
The organizer of the “Birthday Day” Promotion is Private Entrepreneur Nina Viktorivna Huliaeva, identification code 3225006100, acting on the basis of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations as of August 29, 2023, record number 2010350000000386532.
- Promotion Period
The “Birthday Day” Promotion runs from July 26 to December 31, 2025 (inclusive). The Promotion may be extended “until stock runs out.”
- Location of the Promotion
The Promotion takes place at PAPASHON KIDS, 47 European Union Avenue, Kyiv.
- Nature of the Promotion
The Promotion is not a contest, lottery, or any other risk-based gambling activity.
- Eligibility
Any individual with the necessary legal capacity under the laws of Ukraine may participate. Employees and all persons involved in the organization and conduct of the “Birthday Day” Promotion are not eligible to participate.
- Participation Conditions 6.1. To participate in the Promotion and obtain participant status, you must:
- 6.1.1. Arrive on the designated day of the month with the birthday child (whose birthday falls within the current month), bring the child’s birth certificate, and purchase a child’s entry ticket at PAPASHON KIDS at the special rate (for the birthday child).6.1.2. Receive a special birthday bracelet from the cashier and keep it until the prize draw.6.1.3. Fill out the registration form at the entrance and place it in the Drum.6.1.4. Be present at the prize draw at PAPASHON KIDS at 16:00.6.1.5. Persons who have hosted a banquet for the birthday child at PAPASHON KIDS during the current month for an amount exceeding 3,500.00 UAH automatically participate in the additional prize drawing, in addition to the main prizes.
6.2. The main prize draw is held once a month on the following dates:- July 2025: July 26, 2025August 2025: August 31, 2025September 2025: September 28, 2025October 2025: October 26, 2025November 2025: November 30, 2025December 2025: December 28, 2025
6.3. The additional prize draw is held once a month (last working day of the month):
- July 2025: July 31, 2025
- August 2025: August 29, 2025
- September 2025: September 30, 2025
- October 2025: October 31, 2025
- November 2025: November 28, 2025
- December 2025: December 31, 2025

- Prize Fund 7.1. If there are at least 150 participants in the monthly draw, the prize fund consists of:
- 7.1.1. Grand Prize: Tablet (1 unit) – Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 4G 4/64GB Graphite (SM-X115NZAASEK)

7.2. If there are less than 50 participants, the prize fund consists of:- 7.2.1. Grand Prize: Tablet (1 unit) – Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 4G 4/64GB Graphite (SM-X115NZAASEK)

7.3. Additional Prize (for those who meet the criteria in 6.1.6 only):
A one-month personal subscription (entitles one child to unlimited free entry to PAPASHON KIDS at 47 European Union Avenue, Kyiv, during the next month, but not more than once per day; the subscription is non-transferable) – 1 unit. 7.4. Prizes not drawn in the current month will be used in subsequent months to continue the Promotion “until stock runs out.” The Promotion will continue as long as the Organizer has prizes available. As soon as the prizes run out, the Promotion ends. Note: All services and prizes may only be received and used at the venue of the “Birthday Day” Promotion specified in Clause 3 of these Terms.
- Determination of Winners
- Main and Other Prizes:
The winner is determined once per month on the dates listed in 6.2, at 16:00, by random draw (by spinning the Drum). The Organizer draws a participant’s form and announces the winner’s surname.
- Additional Prize:
Drawn online at https://wheelofnames.com/uk on the dates in 6.3 among those who meet 6.1.6. The Organizer randomly selects the winner’s contact details (phone, child’s name and age), then notifies the winner to collect the prize. Each draw’s result is appended to these Terms for verification.
- Presence at Drawing
The winner must be present at the drawing. Otherwise, the result is void and the drawing continues until a winner who is actually present is determined.
- Disputes and Final Decision
If any situation arises that allows for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not governed by these Terms, the Organizer’s decision will prevail and is final and not subject to appeal.
- Prize Value
For the purposes of this Promotion, the prize is considered purchased at the price of 1.00 (one) UAH.
- No Substitution or Cash Equivalent
No replacement of the prize with a cash equivalent or any other benefit is allowed.
- Failure to Claim the Prize
If a participant entitled to a prize is unable to receive the prize for any reason beyond the Organizer’s control (including traveling abroad, illness or physical incapacity, doctor’s prohibition, change of residence, etc.), such participant has no right to any additional encouragement, compensation, or other payments from the Organizer. The results of the Promotion published by the Organizer are final and may only be changed in cases provided for in these Rules.
