TERMS OF PROMOTION “My Happy Day” Gulliver

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “Birthday Day” Promotion

  1. Organizer
    The organizer of the “Birthday Day” Promotion is Private Entrepreneur Mishchenko Liubov Viktorivna, identification code 2691610606, acting on the basis of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations as of 06.12.2024, record number 2010350000000699099.
  2. Promotion Period
    The “Birthday Day” Promotion will be held from July 26 to December 31, 2025 (inclusive). The promotion may be extended “until stock runs out”.
  3. Promotion Location
    The “Birthday Day” Promotion takes place at PAPASHON KIDS, 1a Sportyvna Square, Kyiv.
  4. Nature of Promotion
    The promotion is not a contest, lottery, or any other risk-based gambling activity.
  5. Eligibility
    Participants may be any individual with the necessary legal capacity under the laws of Ukraine. Employees and all persons related to the organization and implementation of the “Birthday Day” Promotion are not eligible to participate.
  6. How to Participate in the “Birthday Day” Promotion 6.1. To participate in the Promotion and obtain participant status, one must:
    • 6.1.1. Arrive on the specified day of the month with the birthday child (whose birthday is in the current month). Bring the child’s birth certificate.6.1.2. Purchase a child entry ticket to PAPASHON KIDS at a special rate (for the birthday child).6.1.3. Receive a special birthday bracelet at the cashier and keep it until the prize drawing.6.1.4. Fill in a registration form at the entrance and place it in the drum.6.1.5. Be present at the prize drawing at PAPASHON KIDS at 16:00.6.1.6. Individuals who have organized a banquet for the birthday child at PAPASHON KIDS in the current month with a total value over 3,500.00 UAH automatically participate in the additional prize drawing, in addition to the main prizes.
    6.2. The prize drawing takes place once a month on the following days:
    • Birthday Day July 2025: July 26, 2025Birthday Day August 2025: August 31, 2025Birthday Day September 2025: September 28, 2025Birthday Day October 2025: October 26, 2025Birthday Day November 2025: November 30, 2025Birthday Day December 2025: December 28, 2025
    6.3. The additional prize drawing is held once a month (on the last working day of the month):
    • July 2025: July 31, 2025
    • August 2025: August 29, 2025
    • September 2025: September 30, 2025
    • October 2025: October 31, 2025
    • November 2025: November 28, 2025
    • December 2025: December 31, 2025
      At 16:00 using the service https://wheelofnames.com/uk.
  7. Prize Fund of the “Birthday Day” Promotion 7.1. If the number of prize drawing participants is at least 150 (one hundred fifty), the monthly prize fund consists of:
    • 7.1.1. Grand Prize: Tablet (1 unit) – Apple iPad 10.9” (10 Gen) WiFi 64GB (MCM74) Silver Link
    • 7.1.2. Other Prizes:
      • Certificate (one-time free entry) – 10 units
      • Backpack – 10 units
      • Badges (pins) – 20 units
      • Sticker packs (A5 format, 1 sheet with 10 stickers) – 30 units
      • Gingerbread (PAPASHON exclusive) – 20 units
      • Cupcake (PAPASHON exclusive) – 10 units
      • Macaron (PAPASHON exclusive) – 10 units
      • Non-alcoholic cocktail (milkshake “plombir”) – 10 units
      • Face painting services – 5 units
      • Photo (7×10 cm) + magnet – 5 units
    7.2. If the number of prize drawing participants is less than 50 (fifty), the prize fund consists of:
    • 7.2.1. Grand Prize: Tablet (1 unit) – Apple iPad 10.9” (10 Gen) WiFi 64GB (MCM74) Silver Link
    • 7.2.2. Other Prizes:
      • Certificate (one-time free entry) – 3 units
      • Backpack – 2 units
      • Badges (pins) – 5 units
      • Sticker packs (A5 format, 1 sheet with 10 stickers) – 5 units
      • Gingerbread (PAPASHON exclusive) – 3 units
      • Cupcake (PAPASHON exclusive) – 3 units
      • Macaron (PAPASHON exclusive) – 3 units
      • Non-alcoholic cocktail (milkshake “plombir”) – 3 units
      • Face painting services – 1 unit
      • Photo (7×10 cm) + magnet – 1 unit
      • Tablet – 1 unit
    7.3. Additional Prize
    For persons who meet the requirements of clause 6.1.6 only:
    Monthly subscription (entitles the child to unlimited free entry to PAPASHON KIDS at 1a Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, during the following month, but not more than once per day). The subscription is personal and cannot be transferred to another child – 1 unit. 7.4. Prizes not drawn in the current month will be used for subsequent continuation of the promotion “until stock runs out”. The promotion will continue as long as the Organizer has prizes in stock. Once the prizes run out, the promotion will end. Note: All services and prizes can only be received and used on the premises of the “Birthday Day” Promotion as specified in clause 3 of these Terms.
  8. Determining the Winners
    • Grand Prize and Other Prizes:
      The winner of the “Birthday Day” Promotion is determined once a month on the dates specified in clause 6.2, at 16:00 by random draw (via spinning the drum), from which the Organizer draws a participant’s registration form and announces the winner’s surname.
    • Additional Prize:
      The additional prize is drawn using the online service https://wheelofnames.com/uk on the date specified in clause 6.3 among those who meet clause 6.1.6. The Organizer randomly selects the winner’s contact details (phone, child’s name and age), and then informs the winner to claim the prize. The result of each draw is added to these Terms for verification purposes.
  9. Presence at Drawing
    The winner must be present at the prize drawing. Otherwise, the win is canceled and the drawing continues until a winner who is actually present is determined.
  10. Disputes and Final Decision
    In the event of situations allowing for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or matters not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer’s decision shall prevail. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
  11. Prize Value
    For the purposes of this Promotion, the prize is considered purchased at the price of 1.00 (one) UAH.
  12. No Substitution or Cash Equivalent
    Substitution of the “Birthday Day” Promotion prize for a cash equivalent or any other benefit is not permitted.
  13. Failure to Claim the Prize
    If a participant entitled to a prize is unable to receive the prize for any reason beyond the Organizer’s control (including travel abroad, illness, physical inability, medical prohibitions, change of residence, etc.), such participant is not entitled to any additional incentives, compensation, or other payments from the Organizer. The results of the “Birthday Day” Promotion published by the Organizer are final and cannot be changed, except as provided by these Rules.
