“Birthday with Papashon Kids: Cake as a Gift”
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Sole Proprietor Savchenko Kateryna Denysivna, identification code 3679410003, acting on the basis of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations dated December 12, 2024, entry No. 2010350000000701289, and carrying out activities at Gulliver Shopping Mall, PAPASHON KIDS Entertainment Complex (Kyiv, 1-A Sportyvna Square).
1.2. The Promotion period is from March 12, 2026 through May 31, 2026, inclusive.
2. Terms of Participation in the Promotion
2.1. Any person who orders birthday celebration services at the Papashon Kids children’s entertainment venue (Gulliver Shopping Mall) may become a participant in the Promotion.
2.2. The main condition for receiving the Promotional Offer is placing an order for kitchen/banquet services on weekdays in the amount of no less than UAH 3,500.00 (three thousand five hundred hryvnias and 00 kopecks) for kitchen dishes.
2.3. Documentary confirmation of the child’s date of birth is not mandatory for participation in this Promotion.
3. Content of the Promotional Offer
3.1. The term “Cake as a Gift” means the Participant’s right to purchase 1 (one) confectionery product (cake) at the promotional price of UAH 1.00 including VAT.
3.2. Specifications of the Promotional Cake:
- Weight: 1.5 kg
- Filling: yogurt
- Decoration: cream
- Design: one of 3 standard options to choose from (for a boy, for a girl, or universal)
3.3. Any changes (increase in weight, change of filling, addition of complex decorative elements, or individual design) are not included in the Promotional Offer price and shall be paid for separately by the Participant in accordance with the current price list.
4. Restrictions and Disclaimers
4.1. Product composition: the product contains lactose. The Organizer shall not be liable for the health condition of persons with allergic reactions in the event of consumption of the product.
4.2. The cash equivalent of the cake price shall not be paid. The Promotional Offer is not exchangeable for other goods or services.
4.3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers available at the venue, unless otherwise specified in separate instructions of the Organizer.
5. Other Terms
5.1. The Organizer has the right to change the terms or duration of the Promotion by notifying participants through information posted on the website or at the venue reception.
5.2. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms full acceptance of these Rules.
5.3. The Promotional Offer (design selection and cake order) must be arranged by the Participant in advance — no later than 3 (three) days before the event date, simultaneously with the banquet booking.
