The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at its discretion. The User accepts responsibility and undertakes to review updated versions of this Privacy Policy.
The Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to any type of information that the User provides to the website and/or the mobile application during the process of ordering services presented on these resources.
1. Definitions
1.1. “Website / Mobile Application Administration” – authorized employees managing the website/application on its behalf, who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.2. “Personal Data” – individual information about your personal or factual circumstances. This includes all information about you, such as your name, email address, etc. Conversely, information that cannot be associated with you is not considered personal data.

1.4. “Confidentiality of Personal Data” – a mandatory requirement for the Website / Mobile Application Administration to prevent intentional disclosure of personal data without the consent of its owner or other legal grounds.
1.5. “User of the Website / Mobile Application” (hereinafter “User”) – a person who has access to the website or mobile application via the Internet and uses these resources for their own purposes.

2. General Provisions
2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals and legal entities using the Feedback Form on the Website and in the mobile application.
2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of the User’s information, including personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.3. Relations connected with the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information about users are governed by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.
2.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document, developed by the Administration, and available to any Internet User via the hyperlink “Privacy Policy.”
2.5. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
2.6. When changes are made, the Administration notifies the User by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the website https://papashon.com and in the PAPASHON KIDS mobile application.
2.7. Upon publication of the new version, the previous version is stored in the Administration’s documentation archive.
2.8. By using the Feedback Form, the User expresses consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.9. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User.
2.10. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website and mobile application.
2.11. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website https://papashon.com and the PAPASHON KIDS mobile application. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites and applications to which the User may navigate via links available on the Website and mobile application.
2.12. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be submitted via the Feedback Form in the “CONTACTS” section.
3. Website Registration
3.1. You may use the Website without registration; however, access to certain functionalities will be limited.
3.2. During registration, the User provides a valid email address and password.
3.3. During registration, we collect and process Personal Data if provided by the User and/or via cookies.

5. Purpose of Collecting User’s Personal Information
Personal data provided by the User to the Administration may be used for:

- Ensuring uninterrupted access to Website/application features (5.1.2).
- Feedback and communication with the User (notifications, requests, support) (5.1.3).
- Security and fraud prevention (including geolocation data) (5.1.4).
- Verification of accuracy of provided data (5.1.5).
- Account creation and order processing (with User’s consent) (5.1.6).
- Providing order status updates (5.1.7).
- Processing payments and taxation (5.1.8).
- Providing customer and technical support (5.1.9).
- Sending promotional updates/offers (with consent) (5.1.10–5.1.11).
- Providing access to partner services (5.1.12).
6. Use of Personal Data and Disclosure to Third Parties
6.1. The User authorizes the Administration, within the framework of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” to collect, store, and process personal data in the database “Loyalty Program Bonus Cards,” including name, birth date, gender, postal address, phone, email, and children’s information (name and birth year). Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the Feedback Form.
6.2. The Administration does not transfer personal data to third parties except as required by law, at the User’s request, or as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
6.3. The User agrees that the Administration may transfer personal data to courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunication operators solely for fulfilling the User’s order (e.g., delivery of goods/services).
6.4. The Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, or dissemination.
6.5. Both the Administration and the User undertake measures to prevent losses caused by disclosure of personal data.
7. Data Retention Period
7.1. Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for its processing purposes.
7.2. If the User wishes to delete their account or personal data, they must complete the Feedback Form in the “Contacts” section and indicate their request.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Administration is responsible for intentional disclosure of User’s Personal Data, except in cases provided in §§6.2, 6.3, and 8.2.
8.2. The Administration is not responsible for data loss or disclosure if:
- The data was already public before being disclosed by the Website/application (8.2.1).
- The data was obtained from third parties before being provided to the Administration (8.2.2).
- The disclosure occurred with the User’s consent (8.2.3).
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Before filing a lawsuit, the Parties must submit written claims to each other, including an offer for voluntary settlement.
9.2. The recipient of the claim must respond in writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
9.3. If settlement fails, disputes are resolved in court under the legislation of Ukraine.
9.4. Ukrainian law applies to this Privacy Policy and related relations.
