“PAPASHON BONUS” is a loyalty program from TM PAPASHON and TM PAPASHON KIDS for regular customers. Clients who download the PAPASHON (PAPASHON KIDS) mobile app and complete the registration procedure are considered regular customers of the children’s entertainment centers operating under TM PAPASHON and TM PAPASHON KIDS (hereinafter — the PAPASHON centers/network) and are Participants of this Loyalty Program.
When paying at PAPASHON centers, clients present their individual client code (tab “qrcode”) in the mobile app. Depending on the receipt amount and the type of service (goods) received, bonuses are credited to the client’s virtual account. These bonuses can then be used to pay for goods and services within the PAPASHON network under these Program terms.
1. Key Concepts and Terms
1.1. “Organizer(s)” of the PAPASHON BONUS Loyalty Program — legal entities and individuals, licensees of TM PAPASHON and TM PAPASHON KIDS, who participate in this program and conduct business at the following locations:
- PAPASHON City Center — Odesa, Nebesnoi Sotni Ave, 2, “City Center” Mall
- PAPASHON Victoria Gardens — Lviv, Kulparkivska St, 226a, “Victoria Gardens” Mall
- PAPASHON Gulliver — Kyiv, Sportyvna St, 1a, “Gulliver” Mall
- PAPASHON Retroville — Kyiv, Pravdy Ave, 47, “Retroville” Mall
- PAPASHON River Mall — Kyiv, Dniprovska Naberezhna, 12, “River Mall,” 3rd floor
1.2. “PAPASHON (PAPASHON KIDS) Mobile Application” — software owned by the Organizer, intended for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, to establish mutually beneficial, convenient relations between the Participant and the Organizer, namely: informing the Participant about goods and services, news and promotions; automatic management of the Participant’s personal virtual bonus account and profile; remote ordering of goods and services; posting reviews, suggestions, and requests; and other convenient and useful features for the Participant.
1.3. “Virtual Account” or “Bonus Account” — a conditional account tied to the Participant’s individual client code (number), stored in the Organizer’s software and displayed in the mobile app under “My Bonuses.” The Bonus Account reflects all accruals and write-offs of the Participant’s bonuses resulting from payments for goods and services within the PAPASHON network in accordance with these Program terms.
1.4. “Bonus Points” or “Bonuses” — conventional accounting units used for the functioning of the Program, in which accruals and settlements are carried out on Participants’ virtual accounts.
1.5. “Bonus Rate” — the maximum percentage of bonuses that may be credited to a Participant’s bonus account depending on the receipt amount for services and goods, for a given individual Participant profile (account).
1.6. Organizer’s Address and Details (primary Organizer of the Program, owner of TM PAPASHON, TM PAPASHON KIDS, the website www.papashon.com, and the PAPASHON KIDS mobile app):

2. Organizer’s Rights and Obligations
2.1. The mobile app is the property of the Organizer. The Organizer may change, improve, and enhance the app at any time at its own discretion.
2.2. The Organizer may suspend the Program, or change or cancel its terms.
2.3. The Organizer may suspend (block) a Client’s bonus account if:
- the Program’s services are used in a manner inconsistent with the Program terms;
- there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse of the Program;
- the client receives income from third parties for participating in the Program;
- the Program has ended;
- participation in the Program would conflict with applicable law.
2.5. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages to a Participant in the event the Participant suspends or deletes the mobile app.
2.6. The Organizer undertakes to properly collect, store, and process the Participant’s individual data and to use it in accordance with applicable law.
2.7. The Organizer may inform the Participant about the possibility of receiving a reward as part of participation in this Program.
3. Participant’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Participant has all rights to protect their personal data as provided in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
3.2. The Participant may freely use the mobile app and all its services, modify and supplement personal data, post suggestions and reviews, and take part in promotions, events, and contests offered by the Organizer.
3.3. The Participant authorizes the Organizer to send any commercial or other information regarding this Program to the Participant’s email address or personal phone number.
3.4. The Participant may leave the Loyalty Program at any time by deleting their account in the mobile app.
3.5. The Participant must use the app and its services in good faith, must not obstruct or interfere with the Organizer’s software, and must comply with all Program terms.
4. Restoration of Participation in the Loyalty Program
4.1. A Participant who has deleted their account in the app, or whose bonus account was blocked by the Organizer, may restore participation in the Program.
4.2. If the Participant’s account is restored, all bonuses accumulated on the bonus account at the time of blocking (suspension, deletion, etc.) remain. The Organizer is not responsible for any actions on the Participant’s bonus account prior to blocking by the Organizer.
4.3. The Participant’s app account can be unblocked and restored only if the applicant’s data matches the Program Participant’s data stored in the Organizer’s systems.
5. Accrual and Use of Bonus Points
5.1. General rules for the bonus account
- Account opening: upon installing the mobile app and completing registration.
- Bonus accrual: according to the Program’s conditions, depending on the bonus rate and the value of paid services and goods.
- Bonus redemption (write-off): applicable to all food items except drinks and except services at the entrance area.
- Maximum redemption percentage: up to 50% of the kitchen receipt amount.
- Validity of accumulated bonuses: bonuses are valid for one year and are written off on September 1 each year, except for bonuses accrued in the last month before expiry.
5.2. A Participant’s bonus rate may be 5% — Bronze or 7% — Silver. All clients who download the app and complete registration receive the 5% (Bronze) rate.
5.3. A Participant who purchases kitchen and bar products from the Organizer totaling UAH 15,000 automatically increases their profile (account) rate in the app to 7% (Silver).
5.4. The individual client code (tab “qrcode”) in the app is the Participant’s buyer identifier for the Program.
5.5. The Program start date is the date the Participant completes registration in the Organizer’s app.
5.6. Bonus accrual and redemption are performed at the Organizer’s cash registers when paying for goods and services, provided the Participant presents their individual code (“qrcode”) in the app.
5.7. Bonuses become active for spending from the next day after accrual.
5.8. The amount of bonuses accrued is proportional to the Participant’s profile rate and the receipt amount. For example, with a UAH 1,000 purchase:
- at 5% (Bronze) → 50 bonuses;
- at 7% (Silver) → 70 bonuses.
One bonus equals one hryvnia when using bonuses.
5.9. Bonuses accrued for purchases are recorded and accumulated on the Participant’s Bonus Account in the app and are shown on the receipt when paying for goods and services.
5.10. Bonuses are accrued for both cash and non-cash payments (bank cards).
5.11. The Organizer may accrue additional bonuses during promotional campaigns and offers.
5.12. Information on active accrual rules
- Base conditions
- Accrual: on kitchen & bar receipt amount.
- Redemption limit: no more than 50% of the kitchen receipt.
- Rate: 5% of the receipt amount.
- Validity: 1 year, written off annually (except bonuses accrued in the month preceding write-off).
- Write-off date: to be specified.
- Welcome Bonus (upon registration in the Program)
- Mechanism: one-time accrual for app installation.
- Amount: 50 bonuses.
- Validity: 1 month from accrual.
- Applies to: PAPASHON KIDS app.
- Children registration in the Program
- Mechanism: one-time accrual regardless of the number of children.
- Amount: 50 bonuses.
- Validity: 1 month from accrual.
- Birthday
- Mechanism: accrual for the guest and each registered child; bonuses are credited 14 days before the birthday.
- Amount: 50 bonuses.
- Validity: 30 days from accrual.
- Holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Easter, Children’s Day, Mother’s Day, St. Nicholas Day, etc.)
- Mechanism: accrual of a set amount depending on the holiday.
- Amount: 20, 30, 50, or 100 bonuses (depending on holiday).
- Validity: 14 days.
- Participant Cards — Bronze / Silver
- Mechanism: based on cumulative payments in kitchen + bar categories.
- Threshold: Silver — UAH 15,000.
- Rates: Bronze — 5%, Silver — 7%.
- Validity: 1 year, written off annually (except bonuses accrued in the month preceding write-off).
- Write-off date: to be specified.
- App Review
- Mechanism: bonuses for a review in the app no more than once per month.
- Amount: 30 bonuses.
- Validity: 30 days.
- First Banquet
- Mechanism: accrual for the first banquet booking.
- Amount: 200 bonuses.
- Validity: 30 days.
- Repeat Banquet
- Mechanism: accrual for a repeat banquet (3 or more banquets within the calendar year from Jan 1 to Dec 31).
- Amount: 500 bonuses.
- Validity: 30 days.
5.13. The Organizer may grant Participants, depending on the bonuses accumulated on their accounts, the right to obtain a reward: purchase goods or services from the Organizer on special terms, namely by redeeming from the Participant’s bonus account an amount of bonuses equal to the base value of the analogous good or service minus the preferential price, at a rate of 1 bonus = 1 hryvnia.
5.14. Bonuses may be used (activated) not earlier than 1 day after accrual. If there are not enough bonuses, combined payment is allowed (part with bonuses, part in cash or by card). The Participant must inform at checkout if they wish to use bonuses.
5.15. Bonuses may be used, subject to sufficiency, to pay for kitchen (café) services excluding drinks.
5.16. Bonuses cannot be converted into cash or transferred to the Participant as money.
5.17. No more than 50% of the receipt amount may be paid with bonuses, subject to Program limits.
5.18. In the event of any disputes regarding Program participation or bonus accrual, the Participant must contact the Organizer with a written request, provide the receipt as proof of purchase within the Organizer’s network, and state the essence of the dispute. The Organizer must respond within the statutory period.
5.19. The app must be used personally by the Program Participant — the owner of the device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) where the app is installed. Bonuses accrued in the app cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise alienated in favor of third parties.
5.20. Bonuses are not accrued on the following goods and services:
- promotional rates and offers;
- bowling socks, children’s socks;
- additional services of the Organizer and its partners.
5.21. Bonuses cannot be used (redeemed) to pay for:
- alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
- promotional dishes and offers;
- bowling socks, children’s socks;
- additional services of the Organizer and its partners (workshops, nanny services, tournaments, etc.).
5.22. The bonus program duration is not time-limited and operates on a permanent basis. The validity of accrued bonuses is no more than 1 year.
